So we got this newsletter that says that our agency is one of the top five in Vietnam…I assume that is a good thing BUT I know that there have been some real discussions on it lately as well. I am happy that our agency is one of the top five, but there are more than five agencies working in Vietnam….so what does that mean for them? How do you get on the top five list? Who makes that decision?
I realize that I should be happy and just let it go, but as discussed prior I have a tendency to WAY over think things and well this would be at the top of that list. I am not really one to want to get something quickly etc if others cannot as well….is that what choosing one of the top five agencies means (even if I didn’t know that when I choose them)?
I firmly believe that we have a very ethical agency and that they did not outright ask for this distinction, and they deserve it after all I have heard! That said, what about the other agencies that are not on the top five list….I hate the word fair but how is this fair to those adoptive parents???
Ok I will try to stop thinking about this now and move on to another topic….lately I have been considering adding the first chapter of my book (password protected of course) for those that would like to read it and maybe comment on it….would anyone like to read it, I will see what kind of response I get and if there is enough I will add it and give out the password to those that ask…

Ohhh.. I wanna read it! I wanna read it!
Good question about ‘who’s top 5 list’? Anyone can create a list and add things randomly.
